A natural leader, Janette spent the first 12 years of her career as a school teacher, teaching in primary and high schools throughout Australia. She made the shift to the corporate world over 10 years ago firstly with the National Heart Foundation then Accor Hotels.
A master at revealing the essence of a situation, Janette is now steeped in The FISH! Philosophy full time, sharing the stories and guiding the conversations that create energetic, unified and profitable organizations.
